SHIPPING INFO
For Canada shipping we only work with Canada Post because it is the cheapest way to send parcel for small buisiness.
Tracking number are automaticly updated in your paypal account as soon as the order ships.
The cost for shipping in Canada varies according to postal code and package weight/dimensions.
We do ship to USA.
The date of delivery on the invoice is an indicator but is not 100% accurate. The Packages usually can arrive before or after the estimated day. It all depends on Canada Post delivery.
We try our best to ship the same or next day, but we do allow a period of 3 days before shipping a parcel.
We do offer store pick up upon request via email with no shipping charges. (Only in south shore of Montréal).
DAMAGED GOODS
Please let us know as soon as you receive your order if any items have arrived damaged. Keep the packaging and item in the condition you received them.
We will replace the items or provide a credit equal to the purchase price of items damaged during shipping.
